2.Combo Tours and Cancellation Combo tours can be canceled, but if you decide to cancel a single tour within a combo, the combo offer is no longer applicable. In such cases, TRIP TREK PILGRIMAGE will refund the remaining amount based on the individual price of the non-canceled tour.

3.Non-refundable Tourist Visa Fees Please be aware that once payment is made for Tourist Visa fees on the TRIP TREK PILGRIMAGE website, it is non-refundable. Take the time to confirm your travel plans before finalizing your visa application.

4. 4. Booking Combo Considerations When booking combo tours, ensure that all selected options are available. In the event that some options are unavailable, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that were originally presented.

5. No Show Policy If you fail to show up for a booked tour, no partial or full refunds will be provided. This policy applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven services.
